Can I take a Self Guided Tour even when the Office is closed?
Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!
What parking options are available at this community?
The Cape at Grand Harbor offers detached garages to residents.
I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?
Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.
When is trash pickup?
Garbage is collected on From Sunday to Thursday starting at 8pm.
Where is the dog park?
It’s located by building 15 towards the back of the community.
Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
We explain the visitor parking rules and provide them with a map with the designated areas highlighted to indicate where the visitor parking is located. We let them know that each visitor will need to register everyday if they are visiting for multiple days. If they have visitors from out of town/state and are going to visit more than 10 days we provide the resident with temp permit for the stay and only tend to do for one vehicle per unit to avoid limiting parking for our residents and their guests.
What are your community’s pool hours?
All year round Monday- Sunday from 10am to 10pm
Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?

No, we do not.
What are your fitness center hours?
24 hrs. 7 days a week. Yes, they use a key fob. The place the key fob on the magnetic black box next to the gym entrance door and the light turns green when the door is unlocked.
